Moulin rouge

My caption centered on the stage of the film, the singers, the dancers, the beautifully decorated stage as well as the colors used. The colors used to decorate the stage are many ranges from blue, red ,green, purple, lemon, yellow and black but the 3 most used we be talk about here.

At the beginning of the film, I saw the dancers in different color dresses, adding to the beauty of the stage reminding me of the colors of rainbow which consist of red, orange , yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet which I term to mean that the beginning was rosy and fine. The dominant color of the stage at the beginning was red and the audience are in black suit which means that the parent are watching in sadness.

The meaning I can give to this can be liken to a child who just came into the world, he would be received with joy and happiness(as shown in the many color of the background) he will depends on the parents for all the basic things in life, he wouldn’t have to do anything, his responsibility falls on the parent but as he grow to a man and have to fend for himself, he faces many obstacles, many problems(dominant red of the background means sadness) nobody to foot his bill but him, all the affections he received when he was young is no longer there, he will have to look after himself, his family and the ageing parent.

Immediately the lead singer step on stage, the background color change to blue and the illuminating light as well was blue,this means that at the end of a tunnel that will always be light,the story of the youngman stated above now changed to a normal and rosy life as seen in the film background becoming blue after the red.

My photo inspired mosaic is a picture of a tree that is well colorful and can easily attract peoples attention.I used the tree because i feel it shows how beautiful ones life is.

My cocnclusion on the the clips is that at the beginning,everything was rosy,fine,normal,luxurious,beautiful,good but at the middle of ones life all this changes to struggling,sadness,sorrow,and at the eand everything comes back to normal.
